1. In Teach tab, go to the discussion board by clicking the Discussions icon. For the MxCC online or on-ground class template, the Discussions is placed the third on the course toolbar (upper right corner).
2. To view the messages in a topic area, click the discussion topic such as Week 8 Discussions. Click Expand All button to display all messages of the threads. Check the box next to Subject to select all the messages. Click the Create Printable View button at the bottom of the page.
3. Now all the messages in the topic area are displayed in one window. Click Print button for printing or Save as File button to save all the messages in one file in.txt format.
