The Meriden Center will host its 2nd Annual �Welcome Day� on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from 12-2 and 6-8pm. This event is for new and continuing students and their families. Students are invited to the Center to meet faculty and staff, tour our recently remodeled facility, learn about the MxCC departments and student clubs, obtain their student ID�s and more! Meriden-Wallingford Self-Sufficiency Resource Fair - Friday, June 08, 2012

Classic Golf Tournament - Friday, June 01, 2012

SAVE THE DATE for the 10th Annual MxCC Classic Golf Tournament scheduled for June 1, 2012, at 8:30 a.m., at Lyman Orchards in Middlefield. The registration deadline is Friday, May 18. For nine years proceeds raised from the tournament have helped the MxCC Foundation support student scholarships and academic needs at Middlesex Community College. By helping make The MxCC Classic a huge success, you�ll be part of the effort to help students enhance their abilities and achieve their dreams.

A fee ($140 per player) includes on-course contests, prizes, great food, and 18 holes of fabulous golf on the Gary Player course at Lyman Orchards, described as �the apple of Connecticut�s eye� and ranked as one of the top ten public golf venues in the state (check it out at .lymangolf.com).

Classical Indian Music Concert - Saturday, May 26, 2012

The President's Committee on Diversity presents a classical Indian Music Concert on Saturday, May 26, at 4:00 p.m., Chapman Hall, Rooms 808C&D. MxCC and The Raga Club of Connecticut is pleased to present Saketharaman, a young, award-winning, internationally respected car...natic vocalist. Admission is free to all RAGA Club members as well as MxCC faculty, staff, and students. There is a suggested donation of $25/person for non-members on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability of seats.
