Mindful Meditation Workshop - Qi Gong/Chi-Kung
Looking for stress reduction or enlightenment? Awaken to the key elements that balance vital life-force energy throughout the body. Discover the power of the mind and how to harness this mysterious energy. Practice unique techniques of quick stress release and become more aware of all life energies and how they affect you and you affect them. Experience the dynamics of music, vibrational sound healing instruments, chanting and color and aroma therapies. Connect to Mother Nature and learn secrets of optimum health. New awareness will bring you to a higher vantage point to experience the wonderment of life. Enjoy 2 days of relaxation, rejuvenation, and higher consciousness. Kundalini Yoga, It's Not Just Exercise
In this introductory course, you will experience and learn how Kundalini Yoga and meditation can positively transform your life. You will partake in energizing, gentle rhythmic yoga sets (series of asanas) followed by the reward of deep relaxation. The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga has been described as one of the most comprehensive yogas which can promote a happy and healthy lifestyle. Increase your flexibility, clear your mind, relieve pain, and trim the waistline with dedication and practice. Healing and spiritual transforming vibrations of a gong will also be experienced during a class session. This course is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students in good health. Bring: water, mat, cushion, and blanket.

Kundalini "Power" Yoga, for the Mind and Soul
Advance your practice with Kay Lani on a journey to experience your true nature to increase your capacity for health, happiness and awareness. Powerful Kundalini Yoga sets are physically challenging to prepare you for deep meditation and relaxation. Benefits include increasing strength, flexibility, stamina, and lung capacity, as well as clearing subconscious blocks and improving focus, sleep, and stress tolerance. Some classes will include longer meditations and transforming vibrations of a gong. Prerequisite: Good physical condition and intermediate or advanced Kundalini Yoga experience.
