Getting Started with Blackboard Vista
|
This session is for faculty who would like to know basics of Blackboard Vista. The session will cover communication tools, mail, calendar, announcement, and discussions. An overview of how to organize files in a folder or a learning module will be discussed and practiced. Since Blackboard Vista will be upgraded to Blackboard Learn Fall 2012, we will not provide Blackboard Vista training. New faculty may refer to the handout for how to upload your syllabus and other files.

If you would like to learn more about Blackboard Vista, contact mxccdistance@mxcc.commnet.edu for an appointment. This session is for faculty who have taken Getting Started with Blackboard Vista and would like to do more with Blackboard Vista. It will review how to organize content such as notes or handouts. Learning how to use Gradebook and Assignments (dropboxes) will be a major focus. Instructions on commonly used features can be found at How To Documents.
