Campus Orientation

Orientations for fully online students are offered on Middletown campus and Meriden campus during the first week of a semester. Students taking hybrid courses will receive an orientation at the first meeting of your course. The schedule posted below are for fully online students. The orientation will help you get familiar with online course interface, learn basic features, and obtain online learning success tips. First time fully online students at MxCC are highly recommended to attend an orientation. Your NetID and the password for myCommNet are needed at the orientation.

Before coming to an orientation, you need to know your NetID and test out your password. If you do not know your NetID, click here to find out. If your initial password does not work, click here for password reset or come to Distance Learning office in Chapman 633/632 at least 30 minutes before an orientation session to have it reset.

Online orientations

Available for those who are not able to attend a campus orientation for new online students.

Math Online Class Orientations.

Professor Leone and Professor Frost will run campus orientations for students registered for Math 137 (CRN - 1262, 1263), Math 168 (CRN-1264), and Math 173 (CRN - 1265) click here for schedule and requirement.
